Current Pool Season:​

Hamlet Homes Association Pool

Closed till next summer.

Thank you for another great pool season!


Regular Pool Hours are:


Wednesday through Saturday

from 1p.m. to 6p.m.,

and

Sunday from 2p.m. to 6p.m.


The pool will be closed if there is bad weather, lack of staffing, 

an air quality alert is issued by

“The DNREC Division of Air Quality”,

maintenance issues, or

at the discursion of the pool manager.


Whenever the weather forecast indicates a heat index of 100 or higher, the pool will not open.


Additional Pool Hour may be added on holidays.

Assessments Collection Information

Assessments collections season is in full swing.

January 1st - March 1st each year.

If for some reason you have not received your reminder notice by

Feb 15th each year it is your responsibility to

contact us and make sure it gets paid.

A reminder the due date for your assessments is March 1st with a grace period ending on April 1st. This year's assessments are $250.00.

If paid after April 1st late fees and interest will be applied.

HAMLET COMMUNITY NOTES:

It is A COMMUNITY CHALLENGE WHEN NEIGHBORS VIOLATE THE BY-LAWS/CITY ORDENCIES AND TOTALLY DISRESPECT OTHERS.

 CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE STREETS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. COMPLAINTS OF CHILDREN PLAYING FOOTBALL /BASKETBALL /SKATEBOARDING AND OTHER STREET ACTIVITIES ENDANGERING THEIR SAFETY ARE BEING REPORTED TO THE DOVER POLICE FOR PARENTAL NEGLIGENCE.

 TRASH CONTAINERS AND ALL DISPOSABLE ITEMS (TRASH) SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE STREET THURSDAY EVENING FOR FRIDAY PICK-UP. EVERY OTHER WEEK FOR RE-CYCLE PICK UP.

 BOATS AND TRUCKS ARE PROHIBITED FROM PARKING IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREA PER THE BY-LAWS.

 GRASS MUST BE CUT ON A REGULAR BASIS. RESIDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AREAS IN BACK OF THEIR HOMES IF NEAR THE STREET.

 ALL DOGS MUST BE WALKED ON A LEASH AND WALKER MUST CARRY A BAG TO PICK UP THE POOP.

 PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC “SCHOOL IS IN” ADVISE YOUR FRIENDS, ENCOURAGE YOUR NEIGHBORS AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR OWN SPEED TO SLOW DOWN.

 CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED AND NOT ALLOWED TO CLIMB THE TREES, THROWING OBJECTS, RUNNING AIMLESSLY IN THE STREET, ON THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY, BEHAVING RECKLESSLY
ENDANGERING THEMSELVES AND OTHERS.
