Closed till next summer. Thank you for another great pool season!


Regular Pool Hours are:


Wednesday through Saturday

from 1p.m. to 6p.m.,

and

Sunday from 2p.m. to 6p.m.


The pool will be closed if there is bad weather, lack of staffing, 

an air quality alert is issued by

“The DNREC Division of Air Quality”,

maintenance issues, or

at the discursion of the pool manager.


Whenever the weather forecast indicates a heat index of 100 or higher, the pool will not open.


Additional Pool Hour may be added on holidays.

HAMLET HOMES ASOCIATION, INC

Pool Rules:

 

1. The pool is open from Wednesday through Saturday from 1p.m. to 6p.m.,

and Sunday from 2p.m. to 6p.m. The pool will be closed on Monday and

Tuesday unless a holiday falls on one of those days.

 

2. No member shall enter the pool or pool area unless the life guard is present.

 

3. Members must be 14 years or older to come to the pool without adult

supervision. School identification is accepted.

 

4. Hamlet residents must be at least 18 years old to sign in guests.

 

5. Residents must register their household babysitters with the pool checker.

Babysitters must be at least 16 years old. Guest fees are not donated for

registered babysitters.

 

6. Members and babysitters are responsible for the safety and conduct of their

children and guest at all times.

 

7. A maximum of 2 minors shall enter the restrooms at one time.

 

8. Children must demonstrate the ability to swim properly before entering the

deep end of the pool. The life guard has authority over all swimmers and

may test their swimming ability at any time.

 

9. All people entering the pool must wear conventional swimming suits.

Children wearing cloth or disposable diapers must wear swimming suits

and swim diapers. Swimming Caps are suggested to be worn by all

females and males with hair three inches or more from their ears.


10. All attendees are to be properly clothed always.

Males wearing shorts or trunks below the waist will be evicted immediately.

 

11. No person with evidence of a communicable or contagious disease, skin

infection, or open wound will not be allowed to enter the pool area.

 

12. No pets will be allowed in the pool area.

 

13. No food or glass objects of any type are allowed in the pool area.

 

14. There will be no diving, running, or horseplay.


15. No loitering on the clubhouse property.

You must be inside the fenced pool area.

 

16. Portable, battery-operated radios, tape players, etc. may be used if the

volume is kept at a level where it does not offend anyone, and the music

does not contain explicit language.

17. No profanity. First offense gets a warning. Second offense requires that

you leave the clubhouse property.

 

18. Non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in the pool area but not near the pool.

Individuals bringing drinks to the pool area are responsible for their clean up.

 

19. No Smoking in the pool area.

 

20. During inclement weather, the lifeguard will close the pool for the safety of the swimmers.

Everyone will immediately leave the clubhouse property.

 

21. The lifeguard has authority to announce adult swims for persons 18 years

and older and children held by their parents or guardians.


22. The pool will be closed if an air quality alert is issued by

“The DNREC Division of Air Quality”.

 

MEMBER AND/OR GUESTS MAY BE EXPELLED, SUSPENDED, OR TEMPORARILY

RESTRICTED FROM THE CLUBHOUSE PROPERTY IF THEY DO NOT BY THESE

RULES. IT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE LIFEGUARD, MANAGER/STAFF, OR

BOARD MEMBER ON DUTY. REMEMBER -IF ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES,

PLEASE DO SO IMMEDIATELY. FAILURE TO LEAVE WILL RESULT IN CALLING THE

DOVER POLICE.
