Only Member in good standing can use the pool and clubhouse:

The cost to rent the clubhouse is:

$50 Fee $200 Deposit

To secure your reservations we must have your $50.00 fee and $200 deposit.

(Deposits will be returned after the room is inspected and found to be in order)

Pool Rentals

(Only available if the pool is open for the pool season.)

(Home Owners/ Renter in good standing may rent the pool for their clubhouse party.)

Cost is and additional $200.00 Rental & $200 Deposit.

(If the pool area is cleaned-up and there are no damages your deposit will be refunded.)

After 6 pm or on days the pool is not open. The lifeguard may be an additional cost.
